DESCRIPTION
Students will explore the science behind various food preparation methods and the results of those methods on the taste, appearance, and texture of the completed dishes. An emphasis will be placed on making and enjoying dishes from a variety of cultures.

From cooking breakfast to baking treats, you’ll discover how fun (and simple!) it can be to make delicious food.
Plus, you’ll get to share meals, laugh, and connect with your peers—all while leaving each day with new skills, a full stomach, and possibly some leftovers to share with your family.
